FBIS Issues Management implemented a variety of specialist investigative techniques, including covert surveillance, to compile an extensive list of evidence. Through compilation of detailed briefs of evidence thoroughly documenting the process of manufacturing, importation, receipt and distribution of the counterfeit parts, the client was able to pursue successful litigation against the franchisee and supported verbal submissions to regulatory agencies including the Australian Customs Service and the Australian Federal Police.
